WP Tasty is a product owned and operated by Strategy11 LLC. By becoming an affiliate for WP Tasty, you are entering into a binding agreement with WP Tasty.
As an authorized affiliate (“Affiliate”) of Strategy11 LLC (WP Tasty), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement (“Agreement”). Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting WP Tasty as an Affiliate.
Your participation in the Program is solely to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on memberships and products purchased by individuals referred to WP Tasty by your own website or personal referrals.
By signing up for the WP Tasty Affiliate Program (“Program”), you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.
Approval or Rejection of the Application
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program application in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program application.
Commissions
Commissions are paid on initial purchases only. No commissions are earned on subsequent purchases by the referred user or on renewals.
Commissions are paid once per month with a minimum payout of $100. To qualify, the referred account must remain active for at least 37 days after purchase.
You may not refer yourself and will not receive a commission on your own accounts. There is a limit of one commission per referral. If a user clicks your affiliate link and purchases multiple accounts, you will receive a commission on the first order only.
Payments will only be issued for transactions that are successfully completed. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid.
Termination
Your affiliate application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
- Inappropriate advertising (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.)
- Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.)
- Advertising on sites that contain or promote illegal activities
- Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship as required by Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines or applicable state laws
- Violation of intellectual property rights. WP Tasty reserves the right to require a trademark or license agreement from any affiliate using WP Tasty trademarks to protect our intellectual property
- Offering rebates, coupons, or other promised kickbacks from your affiliate commission as an incentive. However, adding bonuses or bundling other products with WP Tasty is permitted
- Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, or any suspected affiliate fraud
In addition to the foregoing, WP Tasty reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, at its sole discretion.
Affiliate Links
You may use both graphic and text links on your website and within email communications. You may also promote WP Tasty through online or offline classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.
You may use promotional materials provided by us or create your own, provided they are appropriate and comply with this Agreement, including the restrictions outlined in Section 3.
Coupon and Deal Sites
WP Tasty occasionally offers coupons to select affiliates and newsletter subscribers. Unless you have been explicitly pre-approved and assigned a branded coupon, you may not promote or reference any WP Tasty coupon or discount.
The following terms apply to any affiliate promoting WP Tasty in connection with deals, discounts, or coupons:
- Affiliates may not use misleading text, links, buttons, or images implying the availability of coupons or discounts beyond those explicitly authorized
- Affiliates may not bid on keywords such as “WP Tasty coupons,” “WP Tasty discounts,” or similar phrases implying coupon availability
- Affiliates may not use pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, frames, or any hidden or automatic methods to set affiliate cookies unless the user has clearly and explicitly clicked a clearly labeled link, button, or image for a specific authorized deal
- All affiliate links must direct users to the WP Tasty website
- Coupon or deal details must be visible to the user before an affiliate cookie is set
- Affiliate sites may not display “Click for Deal,” “Click to See Coupons,” or similar language when no valid coupon or deal exists
Affiliates violating this section will be immediately removed from the Program.
Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy
PPC bidding is NOT allowed without prior written permission.
Liability
WP Tasty will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue or commissions, resulting from affiliate tracking failures, database loss, or actions intended to harm the Program or our website(s).
WP Tasty makes no express or implied warranties regarding the Program or the products sold. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for interruptions or errors.
Term of the Agreement
This Agreement begins upon your acceptance into the Program and remains in effect until your Affiliate account is terminated.
WP Tasty may modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. If you do not agree to any modification, your sole option is to terminate your Affiliate account. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of all changes.
Indemnification
Affiliate shall indemnify and hold harmless WP Tasty and its affiliate and subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors and assigns, including those licensed or authorized by WP Tasty to transmit and distribute materials, from any and all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or related to any and all claims sustained in connection with this Agreement due to the negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct of Affiliate.
Electronic Signatures Effective
The Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your participation in the WP Tasty affiliate program. You indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and all of the terms and conditions contained or referenced in this Agreement by completing the WP Tasty application process. This action creates an electronic signature that has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
