After you download the plugin from WP Tasty, go to your WordPress dashboard.

How to add Tasty Roundups to your WordPress site: Click plugins, add new

For external links, you need to add posts manually in Tasty Roundups.

Here's an important thing to note: When you add external links, it's up to you to add in the image, title, and description! These do not auto-pull like they do with internal links.
