How do I add step-by-step videos and images to my recipe card?

How to get started with step-by-step video editing.

A Vimeo Plus account ($7/month) provides the most control over how videos are displayed (autoplay, mute, loop and hide controls).
A Vimeo Basic (free) is still a great option, but you won’t be able to hide the video controls.
If you decide to use Vimeo for your steps, you can still use YouTube for your featured, full-length video. That's how they roll on Pinch of Yum.

Open up your Tasty Recipes recipe card and scroll down to the instruction field.
Add and format your text instructions.

Insert a line break (shift + return) after the set of instructions you would like the image to follow.
Select the image icon from the toolbar. From there, select your image from the media library or upload something new.
Update your card and save your post.
Done!

Insert a line break (shift + return) after the set of instructions you would like the video to follow.
Select the video icon from the toolbar and add the YouTube or Vimeo link. Alternatively, you can bypass the video button and simply paste the link where you would like the video to appear.
Once you’ve added videos to the instructions, you’ll notice video settings at the bottom of the instructions field. Select the settings for how you would like all of the videos in the instructions field to display. Note: these settings won’t affect videos appearing in other places in your post or recipe card.
Update your card and save your post.
Done!
