Tasty Pins uses an image attribute called the data-pin-description to set the Pinterest text. This is the attribute that Pinterest recommends using. Many social sharing plugins recognize and use this attribute.

If you are using a different social sharing plugin, simply try saving your image to Pinterest and see if the Pinterest text you set is used. If not, you can contact the plugin developer to see if they can recognize the data-pin-description attribute, or use one of the plugins listed above.
